From Classroom to Career: Strengthening Educator Support & Development

Course Description: Addressing the need for stronger educator recruitment and retention, this session highlights PSEA-led initiatives that inspire high school students to pursue education careers, support early career educators, and enhance professional growth for all school staff. Hear about those leading these efforts in their schools and explore ways to get involved. Additionally, discover valuable professional learning resources, including a new master’s degree partnership.

Learning Hours: Members who complete this course receive 1.5 HOURS of Act 48 and/or a certificate that may apply for Chapter 14 hours. Your employer has sole discretion to determine if this course qualifies for Chapter 14 hours.
