As AI use and platforms expand and proliferate in our world at breakneck speeds, come explore the cutting-edge role of artificial intelligence (AI) in today's schools in this thought-provoking presentation. Drawing from the work of experts such as AJ Juliani, Ethan Mollick, and many more, the session explores how AI is already substantially impacting society and the workplace and how AI can be utilized to help revolutionize and augment teaching and learning. Participants will come away with immediately actionable information, strategies, and a myriad of “take-away” AI tools and resources that educators can immediately actualize into their practice and will engage in thinking about and integrating AI in four key aspects of education: (1) Legal/Policy, (2) Academic Dishonesty, Cheating, Plagiarism, & Attribution; (3) Tools to Reduce Educator Workload, Increase Efficiency, & Productivity, (4) Making AI Student Facing.
Learning Hours: Those who attend and participate in the webinar on August 5, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:30 AM will earn 1.5 Act 48 hours or a certificate of completion that may be submitted for possible Chapter 14 hours.
