Course Description: How well do you understand how you’re evaluated? This session introduces Pennsylvania’s Educator Effectiveness System, focusing on the evaluation of non-tenured certificated educators, including both classroom teachers and non-teaching professionals. The presentation covers the process of formal observations and the calculation of performance ratings. Additionally, the presenter will provide tips for making the most of pre- and post-conference meetings and offering evidence during observations. Resources will also be shared to help early career educators find answers to common questions and access more detailed information on these topics.
