Course Description: Most language learners rank listening activities and assessments as more challenging than reading. How do we teach our students to listen? We will look at various ways in which novice and intermediate learners can build listening skills in the classroom, show understanding of authentic listening sources on evaluations, and gain confidence in their ability to interpret and respond to spoken text.
